Can’t say enough good things about Bucktown Auto Body. They handled repairs after thieves smashed my driver’s side window and stole the air bag. They were courteous, responsive, and sent me updates twice a week. Work was completed before we initially expected. My car was returned in immaculate condition!

I was going to get it detailed when I picked it up but nope. Not only had they done an amazing job on the outside but they cleaned the hell out of the inside including the trunk! Talk about going above and beyond.

Bucktown Auto did a great job fixing damages to my car after an accident. The corner light, bumper, and hood look amazing. The auto shop also took care of some other miscellaneous repairs as a courtesy which was great.

I don't usually write reviews, but my recent experience (March, 2025) at Bucktown Auto Body warrants a review. I have never used them as a body shop and have been to several others in my time as a car owner. I can confidently say that this was the best experience I have had ever.
First, it's very clean and welcoming when you go into the office area. They have spaces for you to sit and wait as well as bottles of water to offer you. The women who work in the office area are incredibly nice and communicative; for example, they texted me almost daily with updates on my car. When Enterprise took a long time to pick me up, they reached out to Enterprise on my behalf to urge them to move along. I picked my car up today as it was done earlier than they estimated! Picking up my car was efficient as was the process for dropping it off. They are very flexible. The work was professionally done: the color match on my bumper matches exactly.
Additionally, they washed it and detailed the inside, getting all of the salt and debris off of my car mats (something I was intending to do but no longer have to!). Such a nice touch!
I will highly recommend Bucktown Auto Body to friends and family in the future!

My front driver side tire mud guard had been knocked completely loose. I set an appointment With Bucktown Auto Body and they were able to fix it right then and there while I waited for only 45 minutes. Staff and mechanic were all extremely nice and accommodating. I would recommend this business to anyone.

The body work done on my car (Toyota) was fantastic! It was super easy to use my insurance here (State Farm), and the front desk staff is very nice. They even finished work on my car faster than expected. I'll definitely be returning if I ever need body work again and highly recommend them to anyone.

amazing customer service, pleasant, responsive, friendly, and got a quote within just a few minutes for a repair I needed. They communicated promptly via text and had my vehicle ready within 2 days when I was quote 5-8 business days. When I went to pick it up, they had it cleaned, inside and out. I would come back here anytime and highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Reasons why I will 100% use Bucktown Auto Body again:
- very communicative and easy to work with
- super transparent and fair pricing, although I didn’t have to worry about that since they dealt with insurance directly
- FAST!! Estimated 5 days to repair a damaged front end, ended up only needing two and that included painting (and my car is a unique color)
- did I mention easy to work with? Didn’t try to upsell, was helpful in dealing with insurance and rental car even though that’s not something they had to do, and they were very flexible when I needed to move the service back a few days. Really felt like they go above and beyond for every customer.
Edit: AND they washed and cleaned my car!!!! It was so nice getting back into a spotlessly clean interior and exterior!!!

I popped into Bucktown Auto Body because I had scraped the side of my car on the edge of my garage panel. They graciously took the majority of the dent out and buffed out the major scratches for free. I am so incredibly impressed with their customer service! Highly recommend these folks!

Had a great experience with Bucktown Auto!! I came in for a free estimate for damage I had done to my SUV while backing out of my garage and only took a few minutes before they emailed me a very competitive quote. They worked with me on what days worked best for them to do the work on my car. They even finished 2 full days earlier than expected - so quick! I loved being able to work with the women at the company and felt like they walked through the whole process with me. They updated me via text while work was being done.
