Great shop. Quality honest work, always kept me in the loop on ETA for repairs. Cleaned my car very thoroughly even when I had a ton of loose items scattered around it. Staff was very friendly too, Christina & Rachel are great. Would highly recommend
Had a wonderful experience getting our cars in and out within a week. We just needed to get our brake pads changed, but luckily they found we needed to also get our rotors replaced. Really glad they checked, as when we had went to the dealership they hadn't even looked at that.We feel like it was a pretty good deal, and would come back.

Greatest body shop in the Chicago area! I was greeted by Fransisco and who ushered me in the lobby and offered coffee or water and quickly addressed my issues. Someone ran into my truck, that was parked in front of my house, imagine that someone in Chicago driving like that 🙃, anyways, he had shoty insurance, won't mention their name and put them (On The Spot)... But they have a entertaining commercial I'm sure everyone has seen. Needed estimates to show them how ridiculous there repair offer was and was shown cars in the shop being worked on, all looked fantastic. Can't wait to show the before and after pics when it's all over. State farm sends all their repairs, because they are a trustworthy shop. Check them out, conveniently located neighborhood business.
This place is great! I got my mirror hit and it came completely off. I ordered a new mirror, they were able to get me in within 24 hrs of me calling them. And they let me just bring the mirror and installed it in less than an hour! AND I had a scratch on my car from the incident and they buffed it out for me, no problem! Highly recommend!!
Had to take my car in here after getting in an accident. Took care of everything and delivered the car back in a timely fashion cleaned inside and out. Thanks to Tim and Francisco who helped out.

Chicago Autohaus is an over the top Autoshop in Chicago. Francisco is your guy! The customer service is extraordinary. They are very thorough with their inspections and always professional. They even dropped off my vehicle at my job because I was not going to be able to make it on time before they closed. I will totally recommend it 100%.

I’m so happy I got a recommendation to go to Chicago Autohaus. Even right now, with repair shops having huge delays, these guys got parts for my 2012 Mazda in no time. They got the whole job done in under 2 weeks and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. They even detailed the interior before pickup! Tim, Francisco, everyone knocked it out of the park.
After damaging my front bumper, I went to Autohaus and Tim got my car looking back to new. I highly recommend seeing Tim at Chicago Autohaus for your repairs.
Top notch Chicago body shop. I was in an accident and they took the stress out of the entire process. The entire staff was professional and the collision repair work was excellent. I highly recommend them! Very clean shop too.
I have used Chicago Autohaus on a few occasions and have always been satisfied. In my last experience my Mercedes was rear ended at a stop light and there was a lot of bumper/trunk/rear damage. Ayman was great to work with. The repair was done in a timely manner and the car looks brand new. As I mentioned I have used them personally and through State Farm and have always been thrilled with their work.
Been coming here for 2 1/2-3 year for personal and insurance work and they do the absolute best they can. And all you go to do is just communicate.

Ayman and Tim were amazing! So very helpful and kind. I ran over a pothole & had a flat tire a few blocks away. They do auto body work but were willing to change my tire. So very helpful. Incredible place!!
I needed a shop that had the equipment to work on the bed of my Ford F-150 and apparently not all shops have the equipment to work on these. Thankfully Chicago Autohaus has the aluminum body repair equipment and were able to get me in right away. Truck looks great now!

I was very impressed with Chicago Autohaus! They were transparent, communicative, and honest. They charged less than the other mechanic I had gotten an estimate from. They gave the car a thorough cleaning before returning it to me, and my car runs better now than it did before the accident. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have a 1978 Rolls Royce Shadow 2 that I purchased new. I needed some front rocker panel work (I notice the start of a few rust bubbles). I needed a excellent shop to cut out that area that the rust was in. I went on line looking for a body shop and called around. Most body shops today do not do that kind of restoration work. After going to a few shops that said that they can do this work, but no go, I decided on Autohaus. I very happy that I did could not be any more satisfied in the work that they did.
Chose to have my car fixed here after a small fender bender! Super glad I did. They had consistent updates and communication as well as having it all finished within 5 days! 10/10 recommend

They did a good job on the repair of my car. They said it might take up to two weeks, but they were finished in one week. Good communication during the week. And best of all, the final/charged price came in under their initial estimate.

Got say they did a good job on my Equinox repaired the lift gate and painted it after I was rearended, they blended the paint job very good and service was good and got my car back in few days. Highly recommend.

I needed minor body work on my 2016 BMW X1, gathered about 6 estimates, and created an integrated estimate combining them. When I emailed the revised estimates to each shop, only Chicago Autohaus took me seriously - so seriously that when the manager called me to discuss my revised estimate, he was patient enough to talk me through the discrepancies on each individual line! I've never had an auto shop deal so transparently with me before. They also returned the car in one week (the estimate was two weeks), saving me the hassle of renting a car for an upcoming trip. They even buffed out a few scratches on the top of the tailgate that hadn't been included in the estimate!
They did an amazing job repairing my paint damage under 48 hours & provided an amazing quote. I would highly recommend Chicago AutoHaus to anyone & will continue to use them for any given issue in the future.
Someone hit and run our rav4 so we brought our car back here where it got fixed a few years ago from a hit and run. Both times the repairs were top notch. Clean facility and nice people / professional to work with. Highly recommend.
Very helpful and patient staff with their guidance and suggestions, and did their best to answer any questions I had. They were able to repair the damage to my bumper and driver side left panel that had incurred paint scratches from an accident. Thankfully, I didn’t need to wait for parts and the repairs were finished earlier than stated. They washed and cleaned my car when I picked it up and my Audi looked brand new!
My splash guard was hanging down and dragging so I brought it to Autohaus, as its right around the corner from my job. They got me in ASAP with no appointment, reattached it in 15 minutes free of charge. This is not the first time I've used them and they are always so friendly and efficient. Thank you!!! I will 100% come back and 10/10 would recommend.

Brought my car in for an insurance claim after my bumper was damaged while parked in a public garage. They turned it around in 3 days and returned the car super clean! Bumper looks brand new. Very communicative, will return for service for any future auto body repairs
