I came to get a dent repaired on my truck and was pleasantly surprised when I was told the original 2 week estimate would only take 1 week instead. They called me after 6 days saying it was done, and I was grateful I wouldn’t be without my vehicle for long in the winter time. When I came to grab it I found they had not only fixed the dent and repaired the body panel, but cleaned and waxed my vehicle on the outside and vacuumed and wiped it down inside as well. Great experience and I’d definitely come back for body work on my vehicle in the future.

We recently had my son‘s car in bucktown after it was hit. The repair, service and communication was outstanding. Bucktown was nothing short of amazing. I received an update every single day via text. They were on time and they even detailed my son‘s car before they returned it to him. I would highly recommend Bucktown!

Someone hit my driver's door when I was parked and I couldn't open my door. I took it to one place that had good reviews, they said I needed a new door that could be $2000. Another place that had good reviews said it would be a couple hundred dollars to fix it. I took my car to Bucktown and they did a really minor fix and didn't even charge me. My door is working great now. Very honest and willing to work with you!

Bucktown Auto Body was my insurance companies choice, which saved me time searching for a reputable shop. They did a great job repairing my car and also offered to do a small paint touch up at no cost. Customer focused, and effectively communicated the timeline for repairs. I would recommend them.

My car was fixed even faster than I expected, and they were very communicative and sent updates almost daily.

Someone smashed in my window, and Bucktown Auto Body completely fixed my car, making it look brand new. They cleaned up all the millions of glass pieces, replaced my window, and left my car working perfectly, faster than they said they would get the work done (done in two business days). I drove the car in without an appointment, they worked directly with my insurance, and they even stored the car a little longer than needed at no charge. They went above and beyond!

They fixed a small dent and paint scrape on my car’s passenger doors. They got me in within a week and finished repairs/paint in about 4 business days (in on Wednesday, out the following Tuesday). This was two full days earlier than expected. I received daily text messages on progress. The staff were friendly. The work looks great. On a negative note, they do not take personal checks or CASH and charge 3% fee for credit card. This is probably the norm, but for some this could be a big problem and I felt blindsided by it. (They do have a sign about the credit card fee, but nothing specific about cash or checks that I could see). Parking is sparse (no dedicated parking lot). That all said, I would use them again, just hope that I don’t have to!

East to schedule, quality work, fast, clear and frequent communication on status. They did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them next time.

Great shop. Quality honest work, always kept me in the loop on ETA for repairs. Cleaned my car very thoroughly even when I had a ton of loose items scattered around it. Staff was very friendly too, Christina & Rachel are great. Would highly recommend

Had a wonderful experience getting our cars in and out within a week. We just needed to get our brake pads changed, but luckily they found we needed to also get our rotors replaced. Really glad they checked, as when we had went to the dealership they hadn't even looked at that.

We feel like it was a pretty good deal, and would come back.

I took my car to them because the estimate was better then the other estimate I received. They were professional and kind, they told me it would be a week before I would get it back. Also they told me that if there was any issues they would contact me. There was an issue, George emailed me and called me to let me know what they found. It was great that they take care to let you know exactly what steps they are taking. It took them three days for them to finish my car and when I went to pick her up, she was clean and detailed. Inside and out! They blew me away with the professionalism and kindness. I recommend anyone that needs to get body work done to go to them. They are awesome!

CHICAGO Autohaus is an A++ Autobody shop. They took me from
a-z after my car accident. I've never been in an accident before and had know clue what to do. Thanks to the staff their I felt SAFE! Aside from the great, efficient, and friendly service, my 09 Range Rover looks showroom new again. They even detailed it after the service was complete. I've been back a few times for minor repairs and have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend if you're looking for an honest friendly repair shop.

Took my car here for an insurance claim based off the reviews - Not extensive repairs, but had to replace driver side door, front panel, entire suspension and knee assembly - all on driver's side. The estimate was fair in price, all LKQ parts were of quality and they did the repairs in a timely manner, considering there was a good amount of work needed (2 weeks total for repairs). They were very honest, and communicated everything to me as the process went on, as well as answered my many questions very professionally.

When I picked up my car, everything looked great - door, rim, front panel, paint etc - so clean it looked brand new on the outside. I left and soon realized my lock unlock button on the door that was replaced did not work, although all others did. I let them know right away and the next morning they came to me and picked it up, fixed the issue (just a bad connection) in an hour and dropped it back off to me - no inconvenience to me at all, and now everything is in perfect working condition.

I would recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need a place in Chicago for any major work I will be a return customer. No doubt about it. Great experience overall.
