I popped into Bucktown Auto Body because I had scraped the side of my car on the edge of my garage panel. They graciously took the majority of the dent out and buffed out the major scratches for free. I am so incredibly impressed with their customer service! Highly recommend these folks!

Had a great experience with Bucktown Auto!! I came in for a free estimate for damage I had done to my SUV while backing out of my garage and only took a few minutes before they emailed me a very competitive quote. They worked with me on what days worked best for them to do the work on my car. They even finished 2 full days earlier than expected - so quick! I loved being able to work with the women at the company and felt like they walked through the whole process with me. They updated me via text while work was being done. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car on the day I came to pick up. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Bucktown Auto Body was extremely kind and professional. I received regular updates regarding the status of my vehicle’s repairs, and once my car was ready it was cleaned inside and out, looking spotless. Repairs were done well and finished a day earlier than promised. If I ever require body work on my vehicle in the future, this is the only place I’d bring it.

I came to get a dent repaired on my truck and was pleasantly surprised when I was told the original 2 week estimate would only take 1 week instead. They called me after 6 days saying it was done, and I was grateful I wouldn’t be without my vehicle for long in the winter time. When I came to grab it I found they had not only fixed the dent and repaired the body panel, but cleaned and waxed my vehicle on the outside and vacuumed and wiped it down inside as well. Great experience and I’d definitely come back for body work on my vehicle in the future.

i’ve gotten my car fixed here twice now! they’re extremely efficient, keep you updated the entire process and kind! my car was fixed within 2 days and came home cleaned out on the inside too which is always a nice perk 🙂 will forever be getting my car fixed here!

We recently had my son‘s car in bucktown after it was hit. The repair, service and communication was outstanding. Bucktown was nothing short of amazing. Someone hit my driver's door when I was parked and I couldn't open my door. I took it to one place that had good reviews, they said I needed a new door that could be $2000. Another place that had good reviews said it would be a couple hundred dollars to fix it. I took my car to Bucktown and they did a really minor fix and didn't even charge me. My door is working great now. Very honest and willing to work with you!

If you’re looking for a fast, professional, and guaranteed satisfaction auto body repair shop, look no further! This company kept a great communication with me since I dropped my car off to them. Everyone was really nice and professional. The work speaks for itself! My car looks like it never had an accident!
